• Visit myapplications.microsoft.com -  If you are not on a computer connected to the COH network, you will be asked to log in with your City E-Mail address, network password, and a multi-factor authentication code.
• Select Paylogix App
• Click on Allstate Identity Protection plan Pro+Cyber  to review details of the plan 
• Click the Select option at the bottom of the page
